Terms and Conditions for Party Hire
All children are to be supervised by their parent/guardian/carer during their time at Play Avenue. We ask that you observe the rules of play which are displayed throughout the centre. This ensures safety and enjoyment for all.
There is no age limit but we suggest that children under 7 years would gain the most enjoyment.
Shoes are not permitted in the play area so we ask that socks are worn at all times, this includes parents, a small supply of socks are available for a small fee.
A non refundable 25% deposit is required for all parties. The balance is due two weeks prior to the date of the party.
We need a completed booking form for each party and Play Avenue will confirm the booking in writing.
In exceptional circumstances Play Avenue may find it necessary to cancel a party but in this case we will refund the deposit. This is highly unlikely but we reserve the right for Health and Safety reasons.
